What Derma PRP Is

Derma PRP is an advanced platelet-rich plasma treatment designed for natural facial rejuvenation and used as a natural filler alternative. It can help improve under-eye hollowness, crepey skin, fine lines, texture, and early volume loss while stimulating your skin to repair and rebuild over time.

As with any natural regenerative treatment, a series of sessions is often recommended to see results.

What PRF Injectables Are

PRF stands for Platelet-Rich Fibrin. It starts with a small blood draw. Your blood is processed to concentrate the platelets and growth factors into a gel-like substance. That substance is then injected into targeted areas of the face.

The growth factors go to work stimulating collagen production, improving circulation, and supporting tissue renewal from the inside. Over time, the treated area looks smoother, more hydrated, and more naturally refreshed.

This is not filler. It does not add synthetic volume that sits under your skin. Instead, it encourages your skin to rebuild and renew itself - which means results that look and feel like you, just healthier.

Who It's For

Women who want improvement but do not want to go the filler route. Women who like the idea of using their own biology instead of synthetic materials. Women who want subtle, natural-looking results that develop gradually.

Also women who have had filler before and want something that feels less done and more like genuine skin health.

What Happens During Treatment

Blood draw first - same as what you would get at a lab, just smaller. The blood is processed on-site to create the PRF concentrate. Then Irina injects it into the targeted areas using fine needles.

The whole visit takes about 45-60 minutes. There is some mild pressure during injection, but it is generally well-tolerated. Topical numbing can be applied if needed.

Recovery & Results

Some swelling and mild bruising at injection sites is normal - especially under the eyes. This usually settles within a few days. Most women are back to normal the next day.

Results develop gradually over 2-4 weeks as the growth factors stimulate collagen and tissue renewal. Some women do a series of 2-3 sessions for optimal results. Irina discusses this during your consultation.

Common Questions

What patients ask before booking.

Short, honest answers first. Irina can go deeper during your private consultation.

How is this different from regular fillers?

Fillers add synthetic volume immediately. Derma PRP stimulates your own tissue to regenerate. Results are more subtle and natural, but they come from real biological improvement rather than a foreign substance sitting under your skin.

How long do results last?

Results vary, but many women see benefits for several months. Maintenance sessions can extend results. Irina discusses realistic timelines during your consultation.

Is there bruising?

Some bruising is possible, especially in delicate areas like under the eyes. It typically fades within a few days.

Can I combine Derma PRP or PRF injections with microneedling?

Yes. They complement each other well. Some women do both in the same visit or as part of a broader plan.

Is this safe?

Derma PRP and PRF come from your own blood, which significantly reduces the risk of allergic reactions or rejection. They are among the safest regenerative treatments available.
